Persian Love Cake
Just in time for Mother's Day, the croissant wizards at Lune have come up with this pretty creation. Well, tickle us pink! It's a traditional croissant twice-baked with pistachio frangipane and Persian love cake, then it's topped with even more frangipane, slivered pistachios and pearl sugar before the hot oven treatment. She's finished with rosewater buttercream and rose petals – what a dream.
